curenci llc ("curenci") respects the importance of the privacy of your personal
information. curenci provides this Privacy Policy so you know about curenci’s information
practices and understand how curenci treats the information we receive about you
from your use of curenci.com (the "Site") and from your participation in the curenci
membership card program (the “Program”). This policy may change from time to time

1. What personal information is collected from me?
There are a few places where curenci gives you an opportunity to provide us with
your personal information. Personal information refers to information that lets
curenci know the specifics of who you are, and may include, without limitation,
your first and last name; mailing address, e-mail address, telephone and facsimile
numbers, social security number, and other personally identifying information. When
you engage in certain activities on the Site or in the Program, such as registering
to become a member of the Program, entering a contest or sweepstakes, filling out
a survey, sending feedback or reviews, participating in social media activities
involving things such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or Foursquare, whether at this
Site or the social media websites, curenci may ask you to provide personal information.
If you choose to share any personal information with curenci, you will see that
the amount and type of personal information curenci requests depends on the various
activities. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. The
information collected from you is strictly voluntary and you may decline to submit
personally identifiable information. However, curenci may not be able to provide
certain services to you. Wherever curenci collects personal information on the Site,
we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that web page.
We may collect information concerning your activities on the Site and in the Program.
We may also ask you to voluntarily provide us with information regarding your personal
or professional interests, demographics, experience with products or services, and

2. What are cookies and how are they used by curenci?
curenci may place Internet “cookies” on your hard drive when you visit the Site.
“Cookies” are small data files that are stored on your computer that send data to
our web server and store data on your computer. We use cookie data to “recognize”
you when you visit the Site, determine whether you have logged in to the Site, and
save your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Site.
We may also use cookies for analysis of how people use the Site, performance of
services on the Site or the Program, and trouble-shoot how the Site operates. curenci
does not use cookies to retrieve personally identifiable information from your computer.

pages on the Site may not display properly or you may not be permitted to access
certain information on the Site.

3. How is my information used and with whom is it shared?
curenci will not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information to
others without your consent. However, curenci may use the information you provide
to support your customer relationship with us. We may share your information with
agents, contractors or business partners for the purpose of performing or fulfilling
services for and on behalf of curenci. curenci may use your e-mail address without
further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying
you of major Site changes, for customer service purposes, or transaction confirmation).
We want to help you quickly find information on curenci and alert you to specific
offers or discounts, updated information, and other new products and services from
curenci. If you agree, we may send you direct mailings or contact you by e-mail
or telephone about the Program, our products or services, or other products and
services we feel may be of interest to you. If you want to receive such mailings
and contact, simply “opt-in” by clicking here. You may also opt-in
to receive special offers from certain of our partners that are identified by name
("Co-Branded Partners"). If you have opted in, you may be asked to provide additional

which case the Co-Branded Partners' use of such information will be governed by

From time-to-time, we request information from you via surveys, sweepstakes, or
contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is voluntary. We use contact
information to notify sweepstakes and contest winners and award prizes. We use survey
information to monitor and improve the use and satisfaction of this Site and the
Program.
curenci does research on our users’ and Program members’ demographics, interests
and behavior based on the information provided to us during your use of the Site
or the Program. On occasion curenci compiles and analyzes this data on an aggregated
basis. Aggregated data does not include personally identifiable information. curenci
may share this aggregate information with vendors, potential advertisers, business
partners, or other third parties.
We also may disclose information in any of the following circumstances: (1) in response
to a subpoena, search warrant, court order, or other legal process or request, or
as may otherwise be required by applicable law or regulation; (2) to protect and
defend our rights or property or those of our affiliates, dealers, business partners,
or others; or (3) as we, in our sole discretion, believe is appropriate under exigent
circumstances in response to a perceived threat to the personal safety, property,
or rights of any other person or organization.
Since our database is a business asset, in the event curenci is reorganized or is
sold to or merged with another company, you consent to the sale, assignment, or
transfer of your personal information to a purchaser of all or substantially all
of curenci’s business, or to an affiliate, as applicable.
4. What does “opt-in” mean?
To “opt-in” means that you have notified curenci that we have permission to use
your information to notify you of our various features, products and/or services,
or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you. To “opt-in,” click here. When we send you information on a new feature for which you
have “opted-in,” you have the opportunity to “opt-out” of receiving such information
in the future by contacting info@curenci.com.
5. Who is collecting my information?
When you are on the Site and are asked for personal information, you are sharing
that information with curenci alone, unless specifically stated otherwise. If data
is being collected and/or maintained by any company other than curenci or an agent
for curenci, you will be notified prior to the time of the data collection or transfer.
If you want your data to be shared, you can choose to allow the transfer by “opting-in”
to use that particular service or purchase those particular products or services.
curenci may use third-party service providers to serve ads on curenci’s behalf across
the Internet. They may collect anonymous information about your visits to the Site
and your interaction with the Program and curenci’s products and services. They
may use cookies and other online tools such as pixel tags and action tags to serve
ads and personalize your web experience based on your prior visits to the Site.
They may also use information about your visits to the Site and other websites to

phone number, address, e-mail address, or any other personally identifying information

6. How do I access, update, or delete my information?

curenci will respond to reasonable requests within the time limits established by
applicable law or within a reasonable time if no time limit is established by applicable
law. For your protection, curenci may ask you for additional information to verify
your identity. In most cases, we will provide the information you request and correct
or delete any inaccurate personal information you discover. However, curenci reserves
the right to limit or deny your request to the extent permitted by applicable law
if: (1) the disclosure may be a threat to the personal safety, property, or rights
of any other person or organization; (2) the disclosure may lead to a violation
of applicable laws or regulations; or (3) where you have failed to provide sufficient
evidence to verify your identity.
7. What else should I know about my privacy?
Please be aware that other websites may have links on or to this Site or advertise
for curenci on another website, and such other websites may collect personally identifiable
information. The privacy and data collection practices of those websites are not
covered by this Privacy Policy. curenci is not responsible for the contents or privacy
policies related to any other websites. If you visit one of these other websites,
you may want to review the privacy policy on that website.
curenci is concerned about the safety of children when they use the Internet. We
do not specifically collect information about children. Children should get their
parent's consent before giving out personal information. If you are concerned about
your child's use of the Site, we encourage you to use web-filtering technology to
supervise your child's access to the Site.
Although we cannot guarantee against loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized disclosure
or destruction of data, we use commercially reasonable security measures to protect
you from such occurrences. You acknowledge that: (1) there are security and privacy
limitations in computer systems and on the Internet which are beyond curenci’s control;
(2) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged
between you and curenci through the Site or the Program cannot be guaranteed; and

while such information or data is being used, transmitted, processed, or stored.
8. Other Legal Notices.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, at any
time without notice to you. You expressly waive any right to receive notice of any

Program following the date on which curenci implements changes to this Privacy Policy
shall constitute your acceptance of all such changes. This Privacy Policy and your
use of the Site or the Program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota
without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of laws. For the purpose of
resolving conflicts relating to or arising out of the foregoing, or arising out
of any other dispute or claim associated with curenci, venue shall be in the State
of Minnesota only and, in addition, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the federal and state courts in the State of Minnesota. Use of this Site is unauthorized
in any jurisdiction where all or any portion of this Site may violate any legal
requirements and you agree not to access this Site in any such jurisdiction. Any
and all questions, comments, materials related to such questions or comments, survey
responses, or contest or sweepstakes entries (collectively, "Submissions"), that
you send curenci shall become curenci’s exclusive property; and you hereby transfer,
sell, and assign to curenci all of your right, title, and interest in and to any
Submissions, including without limitation, any and all related copyrights, moral
rights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and/or other proprietary rights. To the
extent the preceding assignment and transfer is ineffective, you hereby grant curenci
an exclusive, irrevocable, fully-paid and royalty-free, perpetual, and fully sub-licensable
and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute,
publish, create derivative works from, and publicly display and perform such Submission
throughout the universe in any media, now known or hereafter devised. curenci has
no obligation of any kind whatsoever to maintain any confidentiality with respect
to any such Submissions. curenci shall be free to use them for any purpose whatsoever
without providing you notice or receiving your consent, and without restriction
